DEMONS ORIGINS AND POWERS OF DARKNESS

Demons are offspring of men, from the time when rebellious Angels took humans as wives and brought forth giants ... The fallen Angels can be referred to as demons too. But they are different in that their dwelling is not with men. 

Genesis 6:4
There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

Their spirits are hanging around and their lineage is still alive, passed down generations. Now in the time of the giants, they were lawless. .. engaging in all manner of deplorable and shameless acts, and they preyed on humans ...


Enoch check. VII Verse 3. Who consumed all the acquisitions of men. And when men could no longer sustain them, 4. the giants turned against them and devoured mankind. 5. And they began to sin against birds, and beasts, and reptiles, and fish, and to devour one another's flesh, and drink the blood. 6. Then the earth laid accusation against the lawless ones.


And having come from men, are able to fight and torment men. They are the rulers (spiritual beings in the spirit realm), one of the vices we fight against in Ephesians 6.


Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.


Enoch ch. XV Verse 8. And now, the giants, who are produced from the spirits and flesh, shall be called evil spirits upon the earth, and on the earth shall be their dwelling. 9. Evil spirits have proceeded from their bodies; because they are born from men, ⌈⌈and⌉⌉ from the holy Watchers is their beginning and primal origin; ⌈they shall be evil spirits on earth, and⌉ evil spirits shall they be called. [10. As for the spirits of heaven, in heaven shall be their dwelling, but as for the spirits of the earth which were born upon the earth, on the earth shall be their dwelling.] 11. And the spirits of the giants afflict, oppress, destroy, attack, do battle, and work destruction on the earth, and cause trouble: they take no food, ⌈but nevertheless hunger⌉ and thirst, and cause offences. And these spirits shall rise up against the children of men and against the women, because they have proceeded ⌈from them⌉.

So demons have lived with men for ages. The spirit realm is not divided to times and distance. That's why no demon or angel needs an introduction of who is who.

Some demons are thieves, others are rapists, others perverted lust full, others murderous, and other vain vices like tormenting people. Othrrs are dumb, deaf, crippled, etc. And that is their power too. A hold that can affect men. These are the powers they work with too. And if they possessed a man, he would be bound by these vices.

As for the mad or insane man. He is being tormented, his reaction to the torment is what is interpreted as madness - whether running like someone is chasing, screaming, anxiety, fear and the like. His spirit is exposed. The hedge is broken (a spiritual covering) and the conditioned can be worsened if he is possessed by a tormenting spirit. 

Mark 5: 2 And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
3 Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains: ... 

8 For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit...

That is just one spirit creating the impression so much torment that the person feels immense unexplainable pain, fear, terror, anxiety and paranoia all at the same time. If you would check, all mad people have a look that suggests they have just seen terror. Terror becomes a tangible atmosphere that they live in, thanks to that demon. It's the worst form of oppression anybody can live in.

The Comfort of The Gift of Knowledge

Most of the things we know are limited to what is perceived by the five senses.. touch, sight, taste, hearing and smelling.

Imagine if knowledge of men can be unlimited by space.

The most interesting one is knowledge unlimited by time. Most important of that is the certainty of a future event. Imagine mourning your dead relative months or years before they are gone. It would bring alot of distress. But it must be comforting because one would at least be comforted by the persons they mourn, have an opportunity to appreciate them. It would be a coping mechanism that was set in action long before the day of distress.

There would be no offense from men, because of anticipated and prepared for fall outs and and anticipated conflicts. You would truly love those who did not love you, knowing their hearts but comforted by the fact that its the right thing to do, and not be broken hearted when their time to let you down comes. Because you are prepared, have been for years.

That is what makes the gift of knowledge by the Spirit of God one of the greatest gifts to be desired.

STAY AT THAT PLACE OF PERSECUTION, WAIT FOR COMFORT

I have not been very good at staying in uncomfortable places. But I am learning how they are just a passing season, and they change, just like the rain will always give way to the sun and night will always give way to day. Those are seasons too, and every event on the earth follows a similar pattern. Persecution gives way to comfort eventually. 

We live in a spiritual world, and new places always have a way of fighting perceived intrusions. The new place may be a living place, a work place, a job environment, school, or any other environment. The resistance sets in, mostly gradually, through people, mostly, because people are territorial spirits and those are new grounds outside your other places of dominion. You will face resistance.

Christ has made us the salt of the earth and some of the uncomfortable situations are a way of spending the Kingdom of God. It's in men, and those men have to move around to declare it to the innermost parts of the world. That is why staying when it gets uncomfortable is very important. Refuse to be expelled and God will change the environment for you.

There is also a secret to enduring. Do not fight animosity. Allow the evil to be evil, and do not take it to heart. Stress and anxiety finds a place in ones heart when there is resistance of the heart. Let them be, hold on to your peace of mind. God works in a way that so long us you are holding onto a grudge, He won't deal with it till you let go. And that is one of the most important secrets of winning your wars.

STRENGTHENING AND TRAINING YOUR SPIRIT MAN

The human spirit is under a lot of pressure and there is so much distracting the spirit such that it is sometimes the most distant aspect of the human being. The Spirit starts getting strength against some of these vices upon receiving Christ, and with that, the power to overcome flesh - your own flesh is the greatest huddle to a powerful spirit. Flesh in this instant meaning the powers of the age which are inbuilt with vices that wrestle against righteousness. 

There is no greater power in heaven or eath than the power of Holiness.  So this teaching is geared towards the build up of the human spirit towards a power that comes with holiness. The power of God Himself.

The point of training the mind it that it is very closely joined to the spirit. You can get access to the spirit through the mind. In fact, God will communicate alot inaudibly through the mind and having a clear mind gives to more of such conversations. A clear mind is a factor of intentionally avoiding negative or unholy input through sights and sounds and even self ( flesh.) Then take in the good, which works well when it is combined with God's word. Put out good conversations. Rest your mind on things of God or things that are good, right, truth.

It does not have to be a challenge for a person who has busy days, and is mostly engaged in a mind consuming activity the whole day. The revelation of God is not limited to the bible. You will find God, his character and his principles in everything around you. In good. In the environment, in every work.  God is inseparable from any situation / place. That is how the mind can remain continually on meditation mode. With no effort at all. And the presence of God will not depart from you....

Training the mind to be spiritual and the spirit to be strong and powerful is that simple. For a beginner, it may take some effort, but after a while, it will become your second nature. Now be translated into the presence of God,

What is Evil /Sin / Wickedness /Iniquity

When Adam and Eve ate from the tree of life, they gained knowledge of how to create evil. This is the same knowledge that is applied by rulers of darkness of this age, in the spirit to create an atmosphere of unholyness. They are the pictures you would get, for anybody that ever asked God to reveal a persons spirit to you, if they are sons of wickedness.

There is a formula in the creation of evil or wickedness. Which works, the arisen ruler over the spirit of man, the flesh does commit in men. Note: This same flesh is dead in believers, giving them power over sin, BUT it can arise by indulgence in evil, or in fellowship - partaking in the power that comes with the presence of evil spirits( why you don't let everybody lay their hands on you) . Or in may be seasonal. Paul describes one such power as a thorn in the flesh,

2 Corinthians 12:7 |
And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.

So its possible to remain saved even when the flesh arises. It arises to war with the spirit, being predisposed to evil.

How Men Sin: The Process, 

The first step is rebellion. Rebellion against anything that qualifies as righteousness. Against God, which comes in the form of blasphemy, disobedience (basically any unrighteous act) etc.

Second, the glory of God, which both the cherub and the man were in literal terms, was desecrated by the two, being converted into a "vain" glory. This done by a lot of vain, (unexplained useless activity with no gain) indeed all activities that may be described as "sin" or " wickedness". It includes sensless, meanigless, pointless activities. They are just done to convert glory into a presence that is evil... 

Romans 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

So vanity desecrates glory. And our spirit realm , where the rulers of this world dwell is mostly vain (You will experience running to and fro with no purpose, talking with no direction or meaning, lying about useless things, sexual immorality, filth, etc - these are the things you will see in most dreams in which the presence of God is absent.)

That is how iniquity, even now, fills the earth. Both man and the fallen Angel/ cherub (devil) know when they convert the beautiful glory of God into a vain thing, an iniquity.

LIGHT AS A SHIELD/ FUNCTIONS OF THE MANIFOLD PRESENCE OF GOD

The presence of light (which is the glory of God) is another protective covering for the sons of God(let your light shine in the presence of men). It is an important layer making up the manifold grace of God..

The question of the presence of light in our temples(in us) is revealed in the study ark of the covenant. It is the product of a combustion of a sacrifice of men - the oil - to produce light before God. A sacrifice is a giving of something pure/good to God, which is received by fire - signifying the power of God.

The light then becomes the witness of God to men. It is a demonstration of God's glory.

Matthew 5:16 |
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Being a living sacrifice is also another matter of fact of a spiritual nature. It is the giving of one's self to God. The sacrifice produces light out of the burning/reception by God. It is for these reasons the spirits of men are tested by their fruits, the fruits here being the light which becomes the obvious result.

Other conditions of abiding in this protective light, because, just like the lamp, it needs to be fed, include things like obedience to God and submission to authority. Being facts that can waver, and due to the vulnerability of being Human, it is important to be conscious to remain within the protective bounds of the glory of God.

Just as one can walk out of a strong city in the physical realm, the same is true for the spiritual realm because the Spirit of God cannot not imprison one against their will. So hold on to what you have.

The Kingdom of God is Coming

This is a word I received afew days ago concerning the times we live in right now. That the Kingdom of God is Coming. It was just that. 

And there were wars in the spiritual realm between different kinds (distinguished populations) of people. And these were places where darkness rules. The wars will uproot spiritual rulers from their high places in the heavens and another people will take their place. The people who belong to the Kingdom of God.

I have spoken before of changes that will become of the coming age. 

SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY IN MARRIAGE/FAMILY

The best way to understand families and marriage is from a spiritual perspective. God works with order, and by order I mean spiritual organization in terms of authority from one person to another. Rule, delegation of power, from God to the principality within a family setting.

It's the same with parents when the children are living in their care. They are a spiritual authority. So are employers, and other social and government leaders. No matter what the law says, the people in authority over you on earth have a corresponding spiritual authority that can punish rebellion. Don't do a thing just because it's written and published by your government, ask if it's right(eous), true, good.

Years of taking in western culture which is a culture in rebellion of authority is the reason why we wrongly believe "all humans are equal". It is a lie that is causing alot of destruction. (This is for those who think "human rights" as commonly disseminated by interest groups are from the bible. It's the most subtle form of deception in our world today. Because it's rebellion packaged as a good thing.

A family is a government. A spiritual government with authority. This is why you do not just get married to anybody, because whatever their spirit is becomes your master. Your husband is the worst enemy you could ever have, if he turns into one. Remember, at times you are dealing with a spirit in the spiritual realm that can destroy you for rising against it - you've already given it authority over you by getting married to IT. Not the other way round. And you can still live a blessed life by avoiding confrontation. We LIVE Unharmed with more Dangerous things ON this earth. And, alot of troubles can be kept off by simply avoiding them.

And now, for men, remember that that spirit that is inside you is also joined to your wife. It has become a sword that cuts both ways. The Angel that arises when that covenant is broken will arise against either of the two who rise to destroy it. Because the authority doesn't end with the man. He is answerable too for those in his authority. That's for the violent and oppressive family men.

TITHING IN THE NEW TEMPLE

The laws, and all sacrifices under the old testament ( and tithe was part of sacrifices) are a shadow of the new covenant of Christ. The thing that tithing foreshadowed can be known, by its intended purpose.

The purpose of tithing was one - that there may be meat in the hoouse/temple of God (in which levites and priests who were not given inheritance together with the other tribes got their provisions) They did not have land.

Malachi 3:10 |
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house...


So what tithe foreshadowed, just like the other sacrifices, can be determined from its purpose. Provision in the case of tithing.
 
Translated to the new testament, which has no physical temple or a tribe without inheritance, whose provision is it to be? And, in what form,  because the temple of God, where this provision was needed before physically, has now become the individual Christian... and we have become a royal priesthood

1 Corinthians 6:19 |
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

A priesthood we are, that offers, not physical sacrifices as before, but spiritual offerings...


1 Peter 2:5 |
Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.


So you are the temple, and also the priest (in the heavenly temple) who was before sustained by tithe. So what is the meat, the tithes of the new temple? What is the provision of the new temple? A provision which is now a spiritual meat for the priests, for you? And do our modern pastors even qualify as priests and levites in the new spiritual temple? I'll let you judge.

CHRIST ABOVE THE ANGELS AND MEN

See that God is so powerful, so full of divinity, that all aspects of himself, his features, his character, His words, thought are alive. They are spirit. They have a life of their own. His countenance is His glory. His glory is so powerful in their own being that they are Princes in the heavenly realm.

This should explain the beings around and with Him In visions of the prophets.  

Christ is the word of God. The word that was both inside God, and that He spoke. His son. Closer even that his other attributes. Closer than his goodness,  kindness, patience...as words flow out of one's being, and being God, His words were Himself being expressed unto whatever the purpose. Thus Christ sits above the Angels and other Princes of the heavenly realm.

Then there is man, fashioned "in the image of God..."

Man is a workmanship of God. Like other elements associated with God, man is spirit. Living and breathing, and would be like the other beings before God were it not for the bondage of death. Death is the greatest enemy of Man.  It is the power of death that crystalized humanity into flesh. Thence, the experience of life is limited.

When Christ was born as a man, he bound himself in the ream of death, willingly, so that by confronting it and setting Himself free, death, which is a principality of darkness, would be defeated. That was the purpose of  Christ's descending into death. It had to be done because men were bound by death to the extent that the life which He was reintroducing to our world was blocked out. Far from the reach of men since the fall and ... death. The power of death gripped the earth, and held men captive.

He succeeded, and in the process reopened the realm of men to the supernatural power that is in all things that proceed from God ... 

Ephesians 4:

8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

THE ORIGIN/KNOWLEDGE OF SIN/WICKEDNESS

The devil, who personifies iniquity, was created as a precious cherub, a glory in fact, of the most high. (The glory of God is his power. Cherubim are in fact principalities of the heavens, Princes over realms or powers of the Most High.) Iniquity is therefore, as a matter of fact, a currupted principality. A heavenly place whose good was, is destroyed, turned into darkness/evil.

This is the description of a prince, a cherub serving before God. One who fell into iniquity;

Ezekiel 28:14 |
Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

He did not create him(the devil) to destroy him per se. Just like he did not create man just to destroy him. If you read Ezekiel 28, the devil, the great Cherub is only sent away when iniquity is found in him. He bought his ticket out of the presence of God.

V.15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

Now we know that everything on earth has no ability to exist if not by God. The question is how that iniquity was.

Colossians 1:16 | 
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

God did not create iniquity (sin).  But  the knowledge of how to create it. The knowledge that he had, though not keeping it away from Adam and Eve,  told they not to take for their own use. They did become curious later and sought after the knowledge - of evil in addition to knowledge of good. Not just to know how to do good, but how to do evil. For they had  not done evil. They did not know how to convert the beauty of God's holiness into an abomination. They learnt it on that day.

 That is the wisdom she observed when she listened to the serpent;

Gen 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Now you would wonder where that evil was in a perfect world. Using the knowledge available to them from that day, both the Cherub(who already had the knowledge) and the humans actively propagated iniquity.  And There is formular To It.  That formula is what you may call the knowledge of evil.  It is the intimate communion with what is termed as the flesh (which in actual fact is a spiritual power/ruler of darkness). Or the works of the flesh. The rising of the flesh signifies the death of Man,  just as God said,

Gen 2: 17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Of all the powers and principalities that wrestle against men, this "flesh" is the greatest of the battle. So seductive and easily empowered, but a tenant that fights to keep his tenure. He can has even turned against his many hosts to torment them.
